Refund and Returns Policy
At Crafts For You, we handcraft every product with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction matters, and we’re here to guarantee a smooth, hassle-free experience. Thus, we encourage you to review our policy carefully before making a return or refund plea.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Within Qatar Only).
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
Nonetheless, we do not accept returns for custom-made or name-personalized items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns. These include:
- Customized or name-personalized gifts
- Opened or partially used DIY kits
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
In other words, once opened or personalized, these products cannot be returned.
3. Refund Process
Once we get and inspect your return, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp or email.
If the return is approved:
Processing takes 5–7 business days
We issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you get a damaged or incorrect item:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery
- Send us clear photos of the item and packaging

Depending on availability and your preference, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
5. Return Delivery within Qatar
You are responsible for arranging the return delivery unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If you ordered a personalized item and it arrived with a production error, we will handle the return. For example, you will not incur any cost.
Meanwhile, if you’re based in Doha, we can help in booking a courier pick-up for a small extra fee.

6. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes, processing times vary.
- Check your messages or email for a refund confirmation from us.
- Look at your bank account or payment method again. Occasionally, it can take a few extra days for the refund to be visible.

7. Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please double-check your order before confirming any sale purchases. If a discounted item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To ask for an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Please note, we do not allow exchanges for customized items unless there is a production error.
